The online RSA course covers the national accredited unit of competency SITHFAB021 — Provide responsible service of alcohol that provides detailed information on all Australian states and territories. The course is valid in QLD, ACT, WA, and NT. Delivery is a blended approach: 80% completed online and 20% completed via a phone-based verbal assessment, duration may take up to six hours. You will receive a Statement of Attainment issued by: Australian Consulting & Training Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Zealifi (RTO 31709). No hidden fees — only $55 (GST Exempt).
